Home Mission Sunday

Sunday, 21st September is Home Mission Sunday, and the theme for this year is Evangelisation ‘in the heart of the family’. Every Catholic who goes to Mass knows someone who is currently distant from the family of faith – the parish community. This Sunday the Catholic Bishops of England and Wales have asked that we celebrate Home Mission Sunday in every parish, and together pray and support the work of evangelisation. There will be a short presentation about Home Mission at all Masses this Sunday.
