This is an important day for our diocese as part of the preparation for the Jubilee Year of Mercy (8th December 2015 to 20th November 2016). The day is open to all: clergy, laity and members of religious orders, and takes place at Christ the King Academy, Arnold, Nottingham. Bishop Patrick will give the opening address, followed by invited speakers from the diocese of Salford. Concelebrated Mass with the Bishop will take place at mid-day, and there are workshops on different aspects of our faith during the afternoon. See the poster at the back of church, or talk to Fr John, if you would like to be involved. There is a charge of £15 (which includes lunch) but it might be possible to subsidise this, depending on numbers.
