We welcome students to the parish community of St Hugh's Church. We invite you to join in and to take an active part in the parish during your time in Lincoln. The Assistant Catholic Chaplain Helen will be available before the 10am Mass and at 6pm Mass to greet you. Look out for our CathSoc members who will be delighted to meet you and have tea with in the hall afterwards. If you are not Catholic, you are still welcome to come along to meet us and to join us for Mass. We do ask that only those who are Roman Catholic receive Holy Communion, but everyone is welcome to come forward for a blessing.
The Catholic Society is lively and friendly, contact them catholic@lincolnsu.com, you can join our St Hugh's WhatsApp Group.
Come along, make new friends and become part of your local Catholic community.

Student Prayers For those preparing for or already at university, here are some prayers for students and for their families.
CATHOLIC CHAPLAINCY NEWS: At the end of the summer, I shall be stepping down as the Chaplain for the Catholic students in Lincoln. This is a wonderful ministry, but having spent 12 years working with our lovely students, I will leave to focus on my other job as National
Coordinator for Catholic Chaplains in H.E. I am grateful to Fr Eddy for his valuable support, and to all our parishioners for your warm welcome to students. The post will be advertised in due course. I hope everyone will continue to encourage our students to participate in our parish family at St Hugh's. With my thanks, Helen Townsend
