If you have not yet had the opportunity to attend one of the Services for Christian Unity, there are two opportunities left:
This Sunday 24th there is an ecumenical Evensong at Lincoln Cathedral, at which our own Bishop Patrick will be preaching. Evensong starts at 3.45pm but it is advisable to arrive by 3.30pm in order to get a seat.
On Monday 25th the Service for Christian Unity will take place, here, at St Hugh’s, starting at 12.30pm. Please make a special effort to attend. We will have our usual lunch of soup, bread and cheese, plus cakes, after the service, and you are welcome to bring along your friends and neighbours.
If anyone could help by donating a cake, or cheese for the lunch, we would be very pleased to receive them.
