We are hoping that our parish feast day will see the ‘return of St Hugh’ - you may have noticed that he has disappeared from his plinth above the church doors! He has now been lovingly restored by Susan Lee, and he will have a new home inside the church. A replica of the statue will be placed on the plinth outside. To help celebrate our parish feast day, and the ‘return of St Hugh’ please join us in the church hall for some cheese and wine from 3.30-6pm. Tickets cost £3 each and are available from Anna Birt, telephone 01522 801366 or see her after Mass. If you can donate a bottle of wine for the event this would be very much appreciated.
For those people who don’t wish to drink wine we do have tea, coffee and other soft drinks for you to enjoy.
