Farewell to Fr John

After over nine happy years as our parish priest Fr John will be off to pastures new on Monday.

There will be a celebration in the church hall after his last Sunday Mass this weekend (6pm). 

Please come into the hall and enjoy the festivities.

Farewell Mass

Fr John will return on Monday, 19th June for his official goodbye.

Fr John will celebrate Mass at 7pm

and meet parishioners in the church hall afterwards.

Message from Fr John

Thanks for these nine wonderful years, as we move forward you will all be in my thoughts and prayers. 

It has been a privilege to have been part of our St Hugh’s family and I will miss you all. 

I know Fr Matthew will enjoy St Hugh’s as much as I have.

Please give him you usual generous welcome.
