11am - Stations of the Cross (NB there is no 10am Service on Good Friday)
All those who participate in Stations of the Cross are invited to take part in the Walk of Witness in the centre of Lincoln. We will leave St Hugh’s at approximately 11.40am and walk to St Swithin’s, ready to set off at 11.50am with members of other churches. We meet the Mayor and Civic Party at the Stonebow; then walk to the cenotaph behind the 4 crosses from north, south, east and west of Lincoln, and the Salvation Army Band.
Anyone who feels unable to walk with the group, is very welcome to wait (at the benches on the High Street near the cenotaph) for the Civic Service which starts at 12noon and finishes
at 12.30 pm.
