CATHOLIC CHURCH IN ENGLAND AND WALES BISHOPS CONFERNENCE
In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, so many aspects of our lives must change. This includes the ways in which we publicly express our faith.
It is very clear that, following official advice and in order to keep each other safe, save lives and support the NHS, at this time we must not gather for
public acts of worship in our churches.
This will begin from Friday evening, 20th March 2020, until further notice.
St Hugh's Church
Fr Matthew will continue to celebrate daily Mass privately. Your Mass intentions will still be said.
St Hugh's needs your support and if you are able to continue with your weekly offering it would be very much appreciated. Perhaps you could set up a direct debit?
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org for information. Perhaps you could post your weekly offering either in person or by Royal Mail?
Let us keep each other in our prayers. Hopefully we will be able to celebrate Mass in St Hugh's again in the not to distant future.
Updates will be given via this website. If you know a parishioner who does not have access to a computer please inform them of any updates.
