Cardinal’s call to prayer & new resources. Proclaim ’15 is the name of a national Bishops’ Conference initiative to support parish evangelisation. Cardinal Nichols has recently released a video message about it, inviting every parish in England and Wales to offer prayer on 11th July for the work of evangelisation.
