Monday, 7th November, approx 7pm to 9.40pm: “The Pianist” (2002, Cert.15). Based on a true story of concert pianist, Wladyslaw Szpilman, who survived life in the Warsaw Ghetto during WW2.
Supper from 6.15pm - Lancashire meat & potato pie/stew.
Monday, 5th December, approx 7.15 to 9pm: “A Christmas Carol” the ‘definitive’ Alastair Sim version, 1951.
Supper from 6.15pm - selection of cold meats, cheeses & pickles, plus mince pies.
