ST HUGH’S PILGRIMAGE TO ROME (23rd  - 27th October)

We depart from Unity Square at 3.45am on Tuesday, 23rd October.  Cars can be left in St Hugh’s car park which will be locked during the evenings.  We will travel to Stansted Airport on a 48 seater PC Coach (with toilet facilities).  Susan Weaver will hand out your boarding passes (departure and return) on the coach. The flight to Rome departs Stansted at 8.30am; we will be met by our pilgrimage guide at Rome Airport and pick up our coach to the hotel.  The return flight departs Rome at 1.30pm on Saturday, 27th October.  The coach will be waiting at Stansted for the return to Lincoln; estimated time of arrival at St Hugh’s 6.30pm.  Please note the following:- (1) Baggage allowance: 20kgs in the hold (one case per person) and 5kgs hand luggage (one bag/case per person).  (2) City Tax of 24 Euros pp is payable at the hotel on arrival.  If any of the above changes I will let you know ASAP.  If you have any questions please ring me on 01522 826390.  Regards and best wishes Noel.
